Hi this is [redacted] from A1Motors. [redacted] purchased his car on 11/03/16 and has a $404.13 payment due every 3rd of each month. He has failed to make payment since date of purchase and is 2 months behind. We sent out a notice of default on 12/08/16 to his address. We contacted Dononan and ask him... for payment. He agreed to make a payment on 12/16/16 and failed to do so. We contacted him again and agreed to make payment on 12/22/16 and also failed to make payment. A total of $808.26 past due. His car was repossessed on 1/03/17 He came in the dealer the next day and asked for [redacted] and said if [redacted] was here he would be beating him up now. I told him in order to recover his vehicle he has to pay the $808.26 past due amount as well as a $500.00 repossession fee and $100.00 storage fee. A total of $1408.26 and has to continue regular monthly payments on 02/03/17 of $404.13 When I added up the charges he said his blood was boiling and came in my face and told me he was going to punch me. I told him I was done speaking to him and called the police since he was being disrespectful cursing and loud. I also have 2 customers as witness. We can contact them if needed. [redacted] did not wait for the police and left as soon as he knew the police was on the way. On 1/05/17 we transferred his car from the repo lot to the dealer for him to come and get his stuff out. When he came to get his stuff on 1/05/17 he requested us to tell him where his car was. We told him it had been at the repo lot and he kept arguing for the same reasons. He cursed out [redacted] and as he left he spit at [redacted] . [redacted] added $50.00 for cleaning services since he spit at [redacted] . We would like for BBB to remove any negative reviews to our name. ***A1Motors

A1motors sold *** a Volkswagen passat on 12/07/and a1motors gave her free days in shop complete auto labor only warranty as well for emissions, parts not includedThe next day *** did call me and told me the car was having shifting problems and that the check engine light came on
I had her come to the dealer to have the car checked outWe decided with the customers permission to take the car to Boucher Volkswagen of Franklin at a1motors expense for a complete diagnostic of the shifting problem and check engine lightBoucher Volkswagen diagnosed the car with a bad transmission for the shifting problem and that we needed to replace camshaft, thermostat, fuel pump, fitting and gaskets related to these partsA1motors brought the car back and with the customers permission replaced the transmission and flushed it at a1motors expense free of charge for the customer since we determined to be defective before customer purchased the carAs far as the check engine light a1motors will provide the labor for free in replacing the parts recommended by Boucher Volkswagen as long as *** provides the cost of the partsWe handed her over a receipt of the parts that we had already ordered for the customer so she would know what parts will need to be replaced for the check engine lightOn the purchase contact it clearly states a1motors will provide free day labor as long as customer provides the cost of partswe did decided to provided the cost of transmission since we determined it was defective before purchased but customer will have to provide the check engine light parts*** was disrespectful and threatened us of causing damages to the dealer and there fore the police was called on herWhen she came back she called the police and the police seen her disruptive behavior and removed her from the dealerAt this point a1motors will still provide the labor for free for the check engine light as long as customer provides cost of partsWe do not have a returns policyWe did offer to take the car back as a trade in towards another car as soon as she is done paying itCustomer decides what she wants to doThanks ***A1Motors ###-###-####

A1 motors initially gave my vehicle back with the repairs not done and refused to finish the work. After driving the car I realized that the transmission itself was still messed up and they actually had done nothing to my car but Make The damages worse. I took the vehicle back to A1 motors on 1/9 to get it looked at. They told me they would have to "purchase a new transmission" which doesn't make sense because the transmission they previously put in the car came with a warranty. On 1/12 they told me I could take the vehicle home and brink it back on 1/25 to replace the transmission. During that time frame the owner called my phone and said that I could do a trade instead of them purchasing another transmission (which just means they never bought one to begin with) because it would cost them about 500 to fix the transmission and they would rather sell the car back to the auction at this point. On 1/25 I traded my vehicle for another one, my issue with this is that they deducted $500 of the money I gave them. In no way is it my fault they sold me a bad vehicle so I believe that all the money I gave them which is $3500 for a down payment $400 as a car payment and then $ 1000 on 1/25 to upgrade my vehicle which is $4900 in total. Only $4400 of that has been applied to my new vehicle which is really sad, I have alrewady taken several losses by doing business with them (wages, missed events, paying for transportation) and it is not fair to me they feel entitled to keep 500 of my hard earned dollars. I did not walk in A1 motors with the intentions of a "car rental" I went in there to purchase a vehicle and every penny I've given them was for that sole purpose.

Hello This customer has legal issues with other creditors and we did our best to take care of her. She was unreasonable and disorderly at our place of business. The police had to be called two times on her. We ended up getting her a different car , The matter is on its way to court..

Hi this is [redacted] from A1Motors, we replaced the transmission on the 06 passat the first car we sold her  at no cost to the customer since we determined it to be defective before she purchased it and gave the customer all the service records witch included the receipt for the transmission and the transmission flush that was performed on it after the instalation. I dont see why she didn't attach those service records together with the MV 11 form. The transmission we installed in it happen to be defective as well, we gave the customer the option to swap out the car for another or we would order the warranty swap out for the transmission and we would swap out the transmission again at our cost. The customer chose to swap out the car. She will loose the tax and registration for the 06 passat since the car was already registered and the state will not refund to us or the customer. I dont under stand why the customer thinks we should give her the tax and registration back, when we offered her to swap out the car we explained it to her and by her accepting other car as a swap she signed the new registration and taxes form.  Thanks[redacted]A1Motors###-###-####

I swapped out my 2006 volkwagon Passat for a 2010 Malibu on 1/23. A1 motors did all the paperwork and I gave them an additional 1000 for the newer car. They ripped me off $500 in the deal. THEN they wrote in the paperwork that they would be accountable for the $150 I used to repair the tire rod and get an oil change on the vehicle, they are now refusing to give that money to me at this point. A1 motors has been harassing me calling and texting my phone with threats of reporting MY vehicle stolen. They also have not sent off paperwork to the DMV that we both signed on 1/23. This whole deal is entirely too messy! A1 motors needs to take responsibility for selling me a bad vehicle, stop trying to force me into purchasing cars off their lot I am not interested in and refund me the $4,900 I have given them in total plus the $150 I have spent on repairs and I will return the Malibu to them per their request and let this be the end of us ever doing business again.
