coverage of 60 cents per pound per article which is the offer I made to her. We have made our offer and that is as far as we are willing to go.

My home is a newly built custom condominium which included a walkthrough with 6 individuals including 3 [redacted] employees: Ralph [redacted], Scott [redacted], and Paul [redacted], Real Estate Agent Kim [redacted], Architect Peter [redacted], and myself on closing day prior to the move. All six individuals will substantiate the home was in brand new pristine condition. The damages were noted the morning after the move by Scott [redacted], the employee of[redacted] who had been present on the walk-through, did a majority of work on the home, and will serve as a witness to such. The construction manager Ralph [redacted] has also been to my home to verify the damages by Sorensen movers.
I congenially provided the fellows on moving day beginning with breakfast then a hot lunch, followed by a cash tip ($20 to each full day worker and $10 each to the half day workers) approved by the foreman from Sorenensen's moving company. Beer was placed in the truck by him for his workers to be consumed at the day's end and the foreman confirmed all workers were over the age of 21. There was no beer on my premises at either the townhouse I moved from or the condominium I moved to. I personally did not drink alcohol during the move and Sorensen's is committing fraud by stating I was "passed out" at any point. The sheer volume of my belongings were "a handful" but certainly any customer who provides food and money is not. Sorensen's had to make two trips on the cold rainy day because they were ill prepared and over-whelmed the day after a long Memorial Day weekend of celebrating.
The insurance was $0.60 per pound and I signed for 20,000 pounds which substantiates the claim of $12,000. Please refer to the cost of the items damaged to ascertain the appropriateness of this amount, especially in regards to the baby grand piano value and extensive damage to the newly built $300,000 home. Fred is simply not being honest saying he offered the insurance amount of $12,000. Fred offered just $200. Furthermore, he never sent anyone back to properly assemble the master king size bed as promised.

apparently there is a misunderstanding about the insurance coverage that she signed for. It covers 60 cents per pound "per Item" meaning that only the damaged items are paid out for. my offer stands. 200.00 for just the damaged items.

I signed for 20,000 pounds at $0.60 per pound which makes $12,000 NOT $200. Can't anyone see the problem with Sorensen's Moving math skills let alone moving damage?!!
I'm disabled and they are taking advantage of me. My bed isn't properly assembled and I can not physically fix it!!!!
Please open this case to arbitration or before a judge. Sorensen's does NOT deserve a good standing with the Revdex.com.
