I checked with several other brake specialist and was told that it was standard practice for the rotors to be turned at the time you replace the breaks. Most places won't even do it without turning the rotors.  The price he charged me should have included that as well.  At no time did he tell me that was extra.  I bet I called him over 20 times and he never returned my call.  Which tells me he was avoiding me because he knew they should have done that at the same time.  If I need to, I can estimates from other professional brake services that says turning the rotors should be done at the same time.  I was charged for both services..200.00 for 4 brake pads only?  That is what the other businesses I checked with charge for everything... Including turning rotors.  I want a refund, so I can get my brakes fixed properly.
