A 1 Overhead Door, Inc.

My husband emailed this business through their website. After a few days he finally received a reply. He emailed back with questions and asking for a quote. After about a week, I called and left a voicemail for the owner. He then emailed my husband back after I left the voicemail. He didn't even apologize for not getting back to my husband. We emailed back asking when he could come out and give us an estimate. That was about 3 weeks ago. We still haven't heard back from him. Needless to say, we are going with another business for our garage door. This guy shouldn't have email options on his website if he is not going to get back to people. Obviously he doesn't want or need our business.
