A-1 Painting and Remodeling Reviews (1)
When I was in the process of buying my home in September 2012, my loan officer indicated the house needed some concrete put into certain spots in the brick (near "weep holes") and recommended [redacted]. When Mr. [redacted] arrived at the house, he noticed a decorative brick "wing" attached to the house that had loose bricks and needed some patch work. He said he would charge $250 ($100 for the decorative piece). I said ok, drove to the home, and met [redacted]. When I arrived, Mr. [redacted] said he didn't have all of his materials with him because he didn't expect to do the decorative piece (although he'd already started the work). He also said he guaranteed his work for 1 year. The next day, I noticed that the work looked terrible, because it is unfinished--it needs to be acid washed and, I imagine, filled in some places. Ive left several messages on his voice mail asking him to return. He returned my call once and said he would come by on Saturday of that week, when he was in the Valley Ranch area. He never came. It has now been 4 months. I even asked the loan officer who introduced me to Mr. [redacted] to contact him to remedy the situation. I've heard nothing. I would simply like [redacted] to finish the job that he started (in an excellent way), or return the $100 that I paid him for that part of the job.
