Review: I Prince Lee took my desktop computer in for service With A1 PC in Zelienople Pa. I had a virus on my desktop computer. A1 PC said they fixed it but when I took my computer home and turned it on. The virus was still on my desktop computer. Good thing I didn't hook the computer to my modem. I of course took the computer back expecting them to refund my money or actually fix the computer problem. I was told that I put the virus back on the computer and they needed an additional 150.00 for labor even though the never completed the work. When I was visibly upset they said how about half off. I said how about a refund. The answer was No. I was asked to leave with my still affected computer.Desired Settlement: Refund of 150
