A 1 People Search

I used this website to search a VIN # on 2/04/12 which yielded no results. The upfront fee was $14.94 and their policy is a refund would be issued minus a .50cent search fee if no results were found. This company has not credited my CC back as of yet although it shows a refund of $13.44 was issued on their website (which is still incorrect it should be a $14.44 credit). I checked with my CC company and there was never a credit issued. It is past the time frame of being able to dispute this charge. I have called and left numerous voice-mail's and have not heard back although their machine says I should receive a call back within 24 hrs. I have also sent emails that I never received a response for and each time I call their voice-mail picks up and I am unable to talk to a live person to get this issued resolved.
