We boarded our two dogs here, based on several recommendations and because we could pick them up on a Sunday afternoon. They are both on different medicines for different medical issues. When I called and spoke with them they were polite and said it would be no problem. Upon arriving the drop my dogs off several people asked me basic questions repeatedly because there was no communication among the staff. My dogs were taken from me before they even knew their names or had paperwork. They do not require proof of vaccinations (which is scary). When I picked up my dogs it was very unorganized and the owner could not answer my questions about how my dogs had done while there. When we returned home and went to administer their medication we realized that not only had one dog not received any of her seizure meds, but that the other was missing 6 extra days worth! I called and left a message immediately, which was returned the following morning. The owner was not apologetic, was not concerned
