I purchased a used pop up camper from Tyler RVWe have been searching everywhere and as soon as we would find one on-line, it would be soldWe were fortunate enough to get in touch with them before it soldSince we live more than hours away, they allowed me to put a deposit down over the phone and held the camper until we were able to take the time off work to go(days) This upset other potential buyers, but I am extremely grateful for that courtesy

I purchased a used RV from Tyler RV in April 2016. They claim that they go through every RV and thoroughly check it out. The generator ran for less than one hour befor spinning a hearing. Upon checking it still had the original 2008 oil filter on it! Additionally the floor in the garage of the toy box was rotted through in a 2x6 area right along one wall. This concealed damage was not readily apparent until I had spent enough time in the area of damage to notice the floor was weak.
Don't believe TYler RV when they say they check all used units thoroughly. There is no way they ever looked at the generator, much less changed the oil. And if they had spent any time at all cleaning or checking out the inside they too would have found the rotted flooring - for all I know they may have but it was concealed well enough to pass initial inspection.
They said they would repair the floor if I made a return 5 hour trip. There was no way my schedule could allow for that as I was returning to Alaska at that point.
I will not refer anyone to Tyler RV. They do not inspect what they sell nor do I feel that they are forthright in disclosing any damage or functional issues.
To top it all off I paid cash for this RV and 2 weeks later I still don't have the title.
