Inteliquent and its subsidiaries are? primarily wholesale providers of telecommunications services to other carriers, resellers and service providers who use the services Inteliquent provides in order to provide their own wholesale or retail telecommunications services.? ? Per our understanding of the facts in this case, the complainant, a customer of Comcast, commissioned a print advertisement that included a phone number as part of the textThe number was apparently misprinted in the advertisement and the complainant contacted Inteliquent, the owner of the misprinted number, requesting that we activate the number and port it to the complainant’s carrier.? Although the number does belong to Inteliquent, it is not in service and is, therefore, not portable.? We regret that we are unable to accommodate the complainant’s request.With respect to the referenced three-way phone call, we were unable to confirm the details described in the complaint, however, if the complainant wishes to provide additional details, we will investigate.Thank you.Onvoy, LLC d/b/a Inteliquent

Onvoy, LLC is primarily a wholesale provider of telecommunications
services to other carriers, service providers and resellers Our customers use the services Onvoy provides in order to provide their own telecom services Onvoy is not making or causing the calls to be made to her home, work and cell phone numbers
In this case, telephone number *** was disconnected on February 24, and has been inactive since that date As such, Ms*** should not receive any further calls from this number
If any calls were received after February 24, 2016, it is likely that the number that appears on her caller ID has been "spoofed." In addition, she reports that when she calls the number back she gets only a busy signal which further suggests that the number is spoofedCaller ID spoofing occurs when the caller manipulates the information that appears on her caller id in order to hide the number from which the call is actually originating In the case of spoofed numbers, we do not know what number is actually making the calls so we are unable to further investigate or stop the calls
If the calls continue, we suggest she contact her own service provider and ask if they can trace the call back to its origination point If she can provide an exact time and date that a call was received they may be able to determine the number from which the call is truly originating

We have no information on file concerning the identity of the end user of the number nor do we have any information regarding the use of the number. Onvoy is not making the calls or causing the calls to be made. I have a home warranty contract on my home and the insurance carrier assigned A-1 plumbing to our service call. This was on 12/**/13, A-1 came out and looked around and said it was too wet to do any work and he needed an access. An access was made 3 times already. He has fees guaranteed with [redacted] but he never comes to complete the job. He calls the insurance co. and informs he has been by but no one was home. He has not been by since 12/**/14 when he collected $65.00 and then never did the job. I just want my problem to be fixed, or tell the insurance co., he does not want the job so someone else can come do it. This has gone on long enough and it could be come a health issue if left undone. A-1 plumber is lazy and does not follow through on any of his promises to either myself, my husband or the insurance co. I keep calling the insurance co and they inform me they are just waiting for the plumber to send in the invoice with his charges. As stated above I just want them to fix our problem. I want him to come out here and repair the leak. He states it's too wet. Doesn't a leak mean lots of water, and is that not what a plumber does, repair leaks? Please help us to put closure on this problem of ours. We really need to get this fixed before it becomes a bigger problem.Thank you,[redacted]
