On February 6th, I spoke with Ms. [redacted], along with my customer Mr. [redacted], who is my customer, about the complaint she file with you. I told her that I have discussed the situation with Mr. [redacted], and we came up with multiple options to correct the problem.

Review: This individual is employed by my neighbor for pool servicing. He has been using my yard to backwash the neighbors pool. He has managed to kill all my landscaping. I have spoken with [redacted] to cease the practice of backwashing his clients pool into my yard. He backwashed into the street for a couple of months but has since decided that my yard makes for a better dumping ground and has recommenced his practice of backwashing into my yard.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to stop backwashing into my yard, IMMEDIATELY. Will proceed with legal action to recoup all landscaping costs associated with his illegal business practices.
