Review: I have spent well over $50,000 with this company since they put my pool in 11 years ago. They require payment upfront for services and we paid $300 for our annual pool opening. The crew did a terrible job and left our pool not even close to swim ready. The water was dirty and tons of sediment lay on the bottom of the pool. I called the shop asking for the owner [redacted].The store manager told me they would get back to me.I called every day for almost 2 weeks and each time was given the runaround. One of the store sales people actually told me that [redacted] was too busy to even return a phone call. The sad thing is that it would've taken five minutes to simply give a courtesy return phone call but I guessNew pool installations matter more to this guy than existing customers. Three weeks have passed and I still can't swim in my pool and now I will be finding a new company to work with. I find it completely unacceptable that [redacted] can't even make a five-minute courtesy phone call to a customer especially after being paid in full and delivering a completely unacceptable service. He was paid in full, did a terrible job and wouldn't stand behind their service.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the pool opening which I've already paid for. Their service was not even close to acceptable. The owners lack of service after the problem is what really soured my relationship with them.
