Review: Hired to clean carpets, I was told they would move the furniture, which they did not. My carpet now have light and dark lines on them. I was also told a receipt would be emailed, never received. I have asked them several times to come and redo the carpets with no result, I have also asked for a refund with no luck there either.Desired Settlement: Refund of 450.00

Review: Vendor provided service on Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at one of our vacation rental homes under my business, [redacted]. The address of the home is: [redacted]. At that time I was active duty Army; I am now retired from Army service. The vendor provided service but did not take credit cards. I had no check so I drove to my bank, [redacted] in Luray, VA and withdrew $900.00 for the work they provided. They had no receipt and promised to email it to me. Work provided was carpet stretching which was a good job. They also cleaned the carpet which was a very poor job. I asked him for a receipt as the repair and service work was for damage which occurred during a rental, which was covered under an insurance claim. This claim requires a receipt. The vendor has yet to provide me a receipt after several phone calls and request through the business phone number listed. I need the receipt to recoup my $900.00. I will report this also to the IRS as I suspect this vendor is not claiming income when cash is rendered.Desired Settlement: I need a copy of the receipt for services rendered. I would also prefer a refund on the poor job of cleaning the carpet. The stretching job was done to my satisfaction. Thank you.
