A-1 Professional Tax Service

On March the 14th of 2015, my husband and I went to A-1 Professional Tax Service located at [redacted] in Jackson, TN. We paid [redacted], PTIN # [redacted] and EIN #[redacted] a total of $150.00 to e-file our taxes. Then on 05/18/2015 my husband and I went to the IRS in regards to some questions for this coming tax year and previous years, I asked our IRS customer service agent about our 2014 taxes and our refund and where was it in processing. She informed us that there was no record of us filling our taxes, also if that there were not even showing a rejected return,but there was no information in the system for us anywhere for the 2014 tax year. After close review of the forms her assistant put inside of the folder she returned to us, I did not notice my schedule C nor a copy of our Injured Spouse form. Following that we had to go and pay another tax preparer to file our taxes. Mr. [redacted] at [redacted] informed me that she could not have filed our taxes because the schedule D tax form that she was suppose to keep for her records is in the file that she returned to us. So basically she robbed us. I have tried calling numberous times on the the 2 phone numbers listed on my folder which is (XXX) XXX-XXXX which at least rings and goes to a mail box but continues to be full and (XXX) XXX-XXXX number rings once with a voice mail box not set up yet.Product_Or_Service: E-File fo TaxesAccount_Number: 2014 Federal 1040Desired SettlementI would like a full refund of the $150.00 we paid her and also the $120.00 we paid Mr. [redacted] whom had sympathy for our situtation and only charged us the electronic filling fee. I would like her buisness practice and license reviewed, because I am pretty sure I am not the only person this has happened to. I would like for the IRS to investigate her as well. I would like for her take some type of ethics course, because she was basiclly robbed our family.
