It is very difficult to respond as there is no name mentioned, yet I believe this is a complaint from a customer who has received all the documents, signed all the necessary documents on December 14, 2016 and I filed them on December 14, 2016. I typically call the spouse to have them come in and review the documents. I let the customer know and I have not received a new number. The case is open, I will attempt service by other means.
