I have absolutely NO IDEA why the Revdex.com gives this company an A+ rating A-Quality T.V., Incis GARBAGE I will NEVER use this company again, and will tell everyone I can to do the same We bought a t.vfrom *** in Feb of 2013, and the sound went out so we called to get it fixed (we bought the extended warranty) *** sent A-Quality to service the t.v They came to our home today, DIDN'T fix our t.v., told us that they would have someone from their company call us back on Monday, then called *** and told them that our t.vwas "Working to Manufacturer's Spec", and basically closed the claim Our t.vstill sounds horrible, and they lied to us And they said I was a liar when I told them that I took hours off of work to wait for them (Got home at 12:00, and the tech arrived at 4: You do the math) I called *** back to stress my disappointment with this company, and they are sending someone else to fix the problem But this company deserves an F rating, NOT AN A+ My review of this company is that they're garbage, and my advise would be to NEVER USE THEM A-Quality T.Vis a HORRIBLE COMPANY!

We had excellent service today from A-1 Quality Service. The repairman was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will use this company again if I have a problem with my appliances.

Little [redacted] couldn't be any ruder. This company shouldn't be using the phrase A-1 or Quality in their name.

This company serivces Extended warranties sold by Sams Club. They do not show up for appointments and they do not contact you, if you don't call them you are left out in the cold.

had to call back and get another company to come out and fix my TV.

Avoid if possible, took a extra month to get TV repaired because they closed my case saying they were unable to reach me, but they never even called.
