This complaint is completely without merit.  The tow truck driver towed this customers vehicle exactly as the AAA safe towing manual and the manufacturer suggest it is to be towed.  There was no damage done to the vehicle in any way, shape or form.  The customer rode with the tow...

truck driver as it was being impounded and towed to our lot.  She then paid the tow bill and drove her vehicle away.  Later she called to say "everything" was wrong with her vehicle in the way it was running. She said her mechanic told her it probably happened from being towed.  We asked her to have her mechanic call us and tell us what was wrong with the vehicle and she replied "F" you and hung up.  The mechanic did not call.  We did nothing to the vehicle to damage it.

AAA towing services has recently towed my vehicle when I clarified the type of vehicle I have (f350 long bed Powerstroke) they sent a flatbed truck. Fords manufacturer specifically suggests with these big trucks to "flat tow" them or put them on a flat bedded truck for the best possible outcome as towing them lifted their front end up could cause mechanical problems. My f350 long bed truck was towed by lifting the front end up and leaving the back two tires on the ground which is NOT what the manufacturer suggests and the AAA tow truck driver that I talked to very much agreed with why I had a complaint with rapid recovery towing. I stayed as respectful as possible bringing the issue up with the company until I received a very rude receptionist on the matter who told me to "F" off. Which in return I hung up to call my mechanic and turn to the Revdex.com for a better solution to resolve this matter.

Again, we maintain that this vehicle was towed in a proper and safe manner and we have never been contacted by any mechanic stating anything is wrong with the vehicle.  There is no proof that the person driving the vehicle when it was impounded for a DUI did not do any damage to it.  Also, just to address the honesty of this customer,  our receptionist absolutely did not curse at this customer at any time.  In fact the customer cursed at her over the phone so loud that everyone in the office heard it.  We are not interested in continuing with this slanderous claim.

It is very hard to respond to a letter that is completely made up. I am sure you can see by the tone of his letter, how difficult it was to deal with this customer.  He called daily telling us how to skip trace and giving us no info to work with.
How our service works is a customer brings us...

the paperwork to be served, with information on how and where to serve them. We serve the papers and then the customer comes in pays for the service and mileage if applicable. Our paper service is $50.00 plus $1.00 a mile, which was explained in the first initial phone call.  We charge $25.00 an hour to skip trace. We spent a total of 4 hours skip tracing for him, equaling $100.00. He was given a $75.00 discount due to him being friend of the family. He asked for us to help him find them. We put in a lot of time and did our best to help the customer but were not able to locate any information.
