A-1 Remodeling

I got a price quote via e-mail/fax on October 11th 2011, and I have hired A-1 Remodeling/Thomas Tam to remodeling my residential property located [redacted] on November 2011. We agreed on the pricing of $26,000, which he said it's including all labor and materials for the whole project. I paid him $10,000.00(Check#[redacted]) up front as he requested. And He said he could charge my project materials on my [redacted] card and [redacted] card. I trust him and gave him my credit card numbers. Unfortunately, He put many unauthorized charges on my credit cards, using my cards to charge other people's remodeling projects on. By January 2012, I had spent over $32,000.00 already. I asked him why he was over charging me and why so many charges on credit cards? He said he would keep trak of all my material exspenses and would subtract his unauthorized charges out for his other projects. I asked him to provide me all material receipts, but he has never presented any receipts to me. A-1 Remodeling/Thomas Tam over charged me, left the remodeling job half done and ignored all my requests via text messages, telephone calls and e-mails. A-1 Remodeling/Thomas Tam failure to complete the project and using my credit card to purchase products for other remodeling projects. He put me in a very difficult situation. I had to try and find other contractors to complete the project, which it has cost me lots of time and additional expenses. I have e-mailed and sent U.S. certified mail on May 17th regarding to the unfinished project that was abandonded by A-1 Remodeling/Thomas Tam. I requested him to resolve the issues. He respond through e-mail and said "you can do whatever way you want to do for your credit company, and also you can use whatever legal or illegal to do anything, that is your choice, buy just please don't send me anything". At last, I sent A-1 Remodeling/Thomas Tam a final notice via e-mailed and U.S. certified mail on June 1st. He had never responded to me.
