A-1 Rent-A-Car

On August 4, 2015 at 12pm, I called A-1 Rent-A-Car to asked if I can Bring the car back at 6pm instead 2pm. The employee said it's okay and that will not be a problem. I returned the car back at the location right before 6pm with a full tank of gas, cleaned and washed and handed back the keys to the employee in the office. I caught the flight back to Los Angeles, California on August 4, 2015 at 10pm.
Here what was difficult: On September 23, 2015, I was charge $76.56 on my credit card unexpectedly. I called the A-1 Rent-A-Car to asked why did they charge me extra since August 4, 2015? The manager by the named Adonis told me I NEVER brought back the car until August 5, 2015 at 8am. I was on the plane at the time. I have the receipt showing I brought the car back and pay the fee of $406.60. Adonis gave me a unprofessional attitude and discriminated me on the phone calling me a liar and conning him. I thought I was following the rules of that company and I felt I was stabbed in the back. This place should be shut down completely. I cannot believe when I saw the website on yelp.com and other websites, there were so many complaints and the manager replied back with his rude talk.
