On 6/24/15 one of customers, [redacted], asked me about a riding mower that was in our bone yard. Without consulting my shop manager, I told him I think we could take $50 for it. The next day a gentleman called asking about the mower. Yes I did tell him $50. I went out to let my shop...

manager know, in case I wasn’t here when the gentleman came. I was told that I could not sell that particular mower for $50 because the boss wanted $150. I would have called the customer back to let him know but he did not leave a name or phone number. I also checked our caller ID hoping it was on there but it wasn’t.  When the customer arrived I was on the phone and was not able to talk to him. My shop manager would have tried to help find him a different mower or if we had the parts but he got angry and left before anyone had the opportunity to help him further.I understand with this fuel economy it is not feasible to pull a trailer long distance without a purpose.  I apologize for the inconvenience.  I would like to try to make this right. I cannot sell that particular mower for $50. We do have an extensive bone yard and would be will to help find the parts at a reasonable price. Because the items in our boneyard are usually sold for half of retail, we would be willing to add an addition discount on that; within reason.Sincerely, Shaheen G[redacted] Office Manager
