Complaint taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff MT 3/25/14. Consumer purchased what was supposed to be a red bearded dragon. Consumer paid $208 including shipping. Consumer had offered to go pick it up from somewhere in Ohio near the Kentucky border. Company said they only deliver be mail, when the dragon arrived it was very cold, consumer thought it was dead, called the company and they advised consumer to put it in warm water for 20-30 minutes. Consumer also asked why the dragon was brown instead red, the company advised the color would switch to red after the animal warmed up. It's been a month and the bearded dragon is still brown.
