A-1 Restoration

On June 12, 2012, A-1 Restoration performed mold restoration on my Mother's [redacted]) home at [redacted]. I paid $1,310 via online bank & it was cashed on 6/27/12.[redacted] from A-1 has yet to send me my paid bill along with what work was performed & the warranty. I have never been so frustrated with a Company. I have call repeatedly & left at least 10 messages! I also have sent e-mails & they have gone unanswered. I have no paid bill receipt, and most importantly the guarantee which was promised. I will be happy to send you copies of correspondence from this Company which I definitely would not ever recommend to anyone! The techs brought the wrong moisture barrier that was promised, didn't bring enough; as well as, didn't even bring flash lights to see under the house! I was still charged for the lesser ply of the moisture barrier.
