An abundant amount of nails scattered in yard and driveway; workers left deep ruts in neighbor's yard when they drove through it(across the street)and ruts and broken landscape stones in mine; Masterbath sewage vent only partly cut through shingle and no vent extension on top of roof; new decking is in contact with furnace exhaust vent; gas water heater venting bent out of code and vent extension was sitting on top of the water heater inside the attic. The water heater wasn't turned back on and debris was left in the attic, garage and my upstairs hallway. I sent 4 unanswered emails between Feb.14 and Feb.18, 2013. One of those emails included requested pictures as per my call to them on Feb 14. My call on Feb 14 was answered, the call on Feb 16 went to voicemail and was not returned. The shingles were not the color I requested. Their cards and website say certified by Roofing Contractors Association of Texas and Revdex.com, but they are not certified by either. I took that on 'good faith' as they had several favorable local references. This is false advertizing. It was only luck that a home inspector and scheduled furnace check followed this roof installation or methane gas would have built up from the insufficient plumbing vent. Due to the lack of a vent carbon monoxide would have built up in the attic had we just turned on the water heater.
