A-1 Roofing & Leak Repair

I hired this company to trim in my basement. The work is substandard and incomplete. I have been contacting him various time to complete the work and he says he will come out and never does, nor do they return my calls. This has been going on for 7 months and still my basement is not complete. He stated I needed to pay him half up front and the remainder towards the end of the job which I did then the job was never completed, nor was the complete portion well done.
