purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra side mirror, and she specifically wanted (.1114. t matched the color of her vehicle. We special ordered the side mirror by her request. Shc wanted to return the mirror with no explanation. We do not do refunds. When it was bro; t-h: to my attention, I personally contacted her and offered store credit. I even spoke to her mother, in which she stated that they will return to the store and use the credit to buy something else. Futhermore, our location has signs posted stating that parts are not refundable. We never heard from them back.
