A-1 School of Driving

[redacted] out of Yakima, WA paid $295.00 to the A-1 School of Driving on June 19, 2013 for the driver's education course. I was scheduled to take the DOL Driving test in August of 2013 (which [redacted] was going to administer), and turn in a final assignment. [redacted] missed our appointment. When I tried to reschedule with [redacted], my calls were not answered. I called both his office number ###-###-#### and his cell phone ###-###-#### and left messages at both numbers. Other students at [redacted] have reported similar problems, and told me that [redacted] said he would complete the course with him if they paid him an extra $30 in cash. I finally reached [redacted] today, and he said I had to pay him an extra $30 to get my certificate to complete his course. Given that [redacted] missed his appointment with me initially I believe he is not making a good faith attempt to resolve this complaint.[redacted] also paid A-1 School of Driving $45 for my actual DOL Driving Test and DOL Permit Test.During our drive times, I overheard [redacted] make inappropriate comments of a sexual nature to some of the girls in the car with me. [redacted] also has made comments about illegal drugs during class times.
