First, the signed contract was not performed correctly. I chose a 6 inch gutter and a 5 inch was installed. This part was forgiven and a proper payment was made

to the crew when completed. A few days later, I noticed that one of the five down spouts was not plumb. It happened to be the one at the front door. Next, a gutter failure did some damage in a heavy rain. When I got up on a ladder to inspect, I found that the screen was plugged with pine needles. Probably my fault, BUT when I inspected two other screens at the downspouts, I found that another screen was installed differently - allowing a sump to store the pine needles and allow the flow of water down the top of the screen. The third spout did not have a screen at all ????? I then called the company for a correction. A few days later, I received a call from a lady telling me that someone would be out to look at the problem one day next week. That was several weeks ago and no one has called or shown up.
