A-1 Seemless Gutters

Review: I had new gutters & downspouts installed by Al's Roofing(A-1 Seemless gutters) in May of 2013. The very next day I needed a repair on the same gutters and they were out to correct it. Since then, those gutters have needed further repairs due to faulty install issues and have NOT been corrected. I contacted one of Al's crew in November and he came out to take a look. He said they'd be back to fix it the next week, and they never did. Now it's June and I have addition** problems due to the problems not being fixed. I left a message on their phone AND sent an email - and heard nothing.It looks as though I'll have to have another contractor fix them CORRECTLY. Yes, Al's gave me a lower bid, but I guess you get what you pay for - faulty gutters.Desired Settlement: I would like 50% of my fee returned (I paid Al's (A-1 Seemless gutters) $2,200 for the entire job, so the refund would be $1,100).
