Review: I signed a contract with [redacted] from A-1 Services to demo my burned home and remove the debris from the house, another burned out building and the surrounding debris. He gave me a quote of $12,000 for the work.He promised that the land would be cleared.He parked his vehicles and equipment in the yard next door, which I had asked him not to do, which damaged the grass/ground. The large trucks hauling the debris away backed and used the yard next door also causing damage to the grass and ground.The workers, he hired to do the demo, work removed items from the property no where near the demo site (luckily they returned the items after several phones calls).The "finished" work was not as requested. The area is littered with broken glass, jagged metal and other misc items. He tried to bury debris when the cost of hauling it away was more than he predicted. He pushed debris further down the yard (doll arms, bowling ball, bricks and large pieces of concrete, etc) and left a mess and a three to four foot drop in the yard because again the cost of hauling the debris away was more than he expected.I attempted several calls, emails and texts to resolve the matter to no avail. I received no response.He has a PA license #[redacted] that I think should be revoked if he is incapable of doing a job he contracts for.Now, I have to pay to have someone fix the mess that he has caused.Desired Settlement: Since he has broken the contract that he agreed to I believe I should be FULLY refunded the agreed upon price. That would be the full $12,000.He broke the contact by not fulfilling his obligations. Have tried to reach the company and [redacted] to come to a solution but now it is too late and I do not want to deal with this sham of a company. I am requesting for a full settlement of $12,000.Thank you.
