I do not accept their response due to the accusations against me of being dishonestI have not filed anything that is in writing nor verbal statementsIn addition, the statement that "she could not repair to ***'s satisfaction" is not substaintiated due to the fact that the furniture repair company never followed up with me so I have had no way of knowing what they believe "satisfactory" to beAnother issue was the previous damageThis was disclosed and discussed with the company prior to the moveThey had full knowledge and I was upfront about why I hired them (to prevent further damage) with the result being additional damage above and beyond any original that was disclosed and additional damage to the love seat and bed that had had no previous damageFinally, although I mentioned my bed multiple times, Afailed to acknowledge the bed until I followed up after receiving the check and their statement that with the check they considered the issue closedThey are now finding a "contact" to look at the bed but they have not given any information regarding the bed contactI do not believe that this matter was handled in a professional way due to the actions and words of the owner, the time frame that passed from my first report until anyone attended to the issue, not following through on all matters, not receiving written reports of findings from the furniture repair "contacts", and a definitive statement of the matter being closed with the money and the move charge waiverThank you!

total bill from Oits Elevator Company which was $506.51. We will agree to pay $253.26.

This complaint will only be accepted after The check for 253.26 is rec. also the person who hired A-1 Moving company denies stating that
A-1 is not responsible for repairing the damage they did to the elevator. There is evidence of the damaged wall in the elevator. Also [redacted] did not hire A-1 moving. They were hired by [redacted] Family.
This claim will only be not be cleared until the check has been rec. since A-1 word is not to be credible at this point
