Review: In February or March 2013, I took my vacuum cleaner in to be repaired. I got it back 6 or 8 weeks later but it wasn't right, they agreed that something wasn't right. it was really loud and had an electrical smell. it is now January 2014 and as of today, since the very first time I took it in, I have never gotten a phone call from them. I have stopped in, left my phone number with them and also called them numerous times. I have been polite, but I am tired of them not contacting me to at least say what the problem is.Desired Settlement: I want my vacuum cleaner back, running or not. I also want my $55.35 back. At this point I don't trust any of their work and will need to have another shop look it over.
