A-1 Smith Heating Inc.

A-1 Smith Heating Inc. installed a "new" furnace in my home on 12/28/10 and it has been giving me problems since then. I have been without heat in my home in October. November and December of 2011. When I attempted to call Perry Smith to explain my situation, he showed irritation most of the time. 2012 was the worst yet! I had no heat in my house from 2/3/12-2/7/12. I called Mr. Smith on 2/6/12 and was told that he was not coming to fix the furnace and to call someone else and was very nasty towards me. I have not heard from him since and he did not replace the thermistat that was needed for the new furnace. That was done by another individual and I was charge extra for that to be completed. Further actions will be taken if this is not resolved.
