A-1 Sod Of Jacksonville Inc

We purchased 20 Pallets of Bahia Sod and had it delivered to my new construction house on Friday 16MAY2014. Unfortunately nearly the entire batch was dead. There was only 8 total pallets with living grass which is very upsetting after spending $2240 of my families hard earned money. We used what we could but like I said, the majority of it was just sand, spiders, ants, and dead grass (the grass A1 Sod delivered wasnt bahia grass) but the majority of the green color to the pallets were just weeds. I took several pictures and I have provided them to the business owner who told her manager [redacted] to "not worry about it". Those were his own words when we spoke on the phone this morning. He tried to tell me that bahia is "field grass" and is supposed to fall apart when you try to pick it up and lay it down on your yard, which made it impossible to work with. I have requested to A1 Sod to send out one of their experts to see the sod for themselves in order to swap out the poor quality sod with useable sod. My exact words were "Can you have someone bring us some usable pallets of sod and take a look at the poor quality of sod weve received during this order. We just want to at least get what we paid for." but they would not say if they would do anything to make this right. Thank you for your time and help in this matter Revdex.com.Regards[redacted]
