First of all i'm very disappointed in this customerThe cabinet drawer front was ordered the day it was damagedAnd as of today 01-28-the drawer front has not come in to Crawford Supply due to being on back orderThe customer was told it would be six to eight weeks for the drawer front to come
in but with holidays could be longerNext subject, this customer Keri failed to mention that a piece of siding was falling off and they called A to come fix itWe went there on a Saturday, fixed her siding and when she asked how much we told her free of chargeShe also didn't mention that the owner went to her house, designed her bathroom and gave a free estimate, took her shopping, helped her pick out and order everything she needed and let her use all our discounts everywhereThen I gave her a discount on her contract priceWe were only to do shower area only through out the project they kept adding to itThen we did the vanity area, then we installed new medicine cabinet, then they added painting the bathroom, then they added painting doors and trim, we were glad to do the work and gave a discounted rate on extra work addedThen she complained about a squeeking noise in her atticIn the two weeks we were there after she complained about squeek, we had three guys working the project, the owner and two others never did we hear a squeek, but we went up in attic on three different occasions to try to find the problemThe only thing we did in the attic was insulate one pipe and we went up three times and checked on itThen the sunday after the week we finished, she called about the squeek againOn a sunday, the owner had a guy there in twenty minutesWent into attic , rechecked the insulated pipe, and still never heard a squeekThree days after that they called again about the squeek, when I tried to schedule to go there Carol the other lady living there told the owner they were both leaving town and would call the owner when returned to schedule him to go thereNever did the owner hear from themI warranty all labor for yearNever did he hear from them on any other issuesI dont really see hiring someone to clean paint off a glass door or how its the companies fault that they open the door so hard it left a mark So never was I givin an opportunity or told about any other issuesWhen the drawer front comes in, I will contact them to install it, and if anyone dont believe me they can contact Thomas at Crawford SupplyI really liked these ladies and wish they would have contacted me first with other concerns
