Money hungry! You have stated lies right off the bat now my turn! The clock should have been crated (you stated it was to much) you were also told that you would need a clock man to set it at the other end, because whenever you move one parts could move inside! You also stated we broke the garage...

door when moving your neighbor stated it had been like that! you wanted us to fix it! You also stated while talking to me after the load up everything was out of the house and the garage which you knew nothing was left in the garage because you held my crew up blaming them! You called the next morning wanting me to drive 100 miles to pick up something they left or wanted money off the bill! You were explained PBO packed by owner which your boxes were, you weren't even ready the day we arrived! The driver was there the day I gave the estimate, the morning of the job he called saying she was not even close to being ready! When unloading waiting for our help to arrive her family asked if they could take pay for helping instead of paying someone else Customer agreed and after the job was finished paid her family members and also gave her$100.00 off her bill because of her complaint! Before I found out my driver gave her $100.00 I told her there was no more than $125.00 worth of damage, She kept adding this that then I explained Ins. fraud to her, her story changed! Her daughters wedding treasures should have been boxed Brand new washer and dryer nice try! Trash bags don't count as boxes. No receipts when asked, pictures took her 5 months to get because she didn't know how to send them, and you were paid for the scratches and then wanted to turn it into insurance! All this damage and $185.00 This move was simple but as customer stated she needed the money the move cost her to much! It wasn't the move that cost it was her living expenses! Not this movers fault!

First of all show me your credibility! You started this 3 years ago! You were told to get receipts you didn't! your were told to send pictures you didn't! You called the office 6 months later asking if I got the pictures I said no! you sent them after I explained to you, you waited to long, You have added numerous things over the time! All that your stating now are new claims! $125.00 would have solved this, the driver gave you 100.00 off the bill which would be 25.00 for the damage that you first claimed! you then tried playing me with lamp shades would be more, I would have been more than happy to take care of the 25.00 owed but you wanted a claim and when you found out you weren't getting anything it became my fault! sound like a liars story I can have my ins. co verify it! Your furniture would be in a class rating as good meaning it had its ware and tear! nothing new, Don't try and portray yourself to be some Angel because your not! Show me your credibility and why should you be able to slander a co. when you were at fault for not taking care of this in time! 507 jobs since your job (3) years ago 1 claim and its been taken care of! Im a very proud business owner, and plan to stay that way!

I can send a copy of the receipt for the clock repair and I have the receipt for the 2 bedroom lampshades. I can give you the phone number of the realtor that was at my house when they broke the glass globe to the lamp. I will have to find out if my daughter still has pictures of all the damage that was done, or would you like a letter from her? Also, his  employee took pictures of the wastebasket he broke so the insurance company could replace it. I sent pictures to him in plenty of time, was never told that they had to be sent in by a certain time, I even asked him for the name and phone number of the insurance company so I could call them and talk with them, he refused. He stated that I am money hungry, if that was they case I would ask for a lot more, and it makes me wonder if he even has insurance, if he does,why is he refusing to give me what he owes me? I was told numerous times that I should be getting a check from them, and then he told me in February that the insurance wasn't going to pay. When I told him I wanted to call the insurance company myself he told me he would send me a check for the clock and lampshades. I kept waiting for the check and every time I called him, he would tell me another story. I didn't want to take any action at that time because I was hoping that he was telling me the truth. I believe he stated that he paid me some money, if so, where is the copy of the check with my signature? He claims my washer and dryer were not new, I bought them in Feb. 2012 and I moved in July 2012. He said I wasn't packed up when they came to move me, my china wasn't packed because they were going to do that, some of my clothes still weren't packed because he  was  to bring me the wardrobe boxes, everything else was done,you can ask friends that came to say goodbye and saw that all was packed. He said a neighbor told him my garage door was broken, my neighbors are younger than me and haven't lived in that area very long and have never been in my house or yard. My house was inspected before it was sold, and the inspector said he never saw a house that was in such good shape, you can, also, ask the realtor about that. Everything I have told you is the truth and if you ask the people I have told you  about, that would prove it. Please let me know what you want me to do.

Review: I moved from AZ to CO June 2012 and I emailed them pictures of my damaged items around Sept. 2012. I have a grandmother clock that I told, [redacted], the owner that I was going to have the man that serviced my clock pack it for me because my father made it for me and it was very special. He told my that he would do it and take care of it like it was his own. When I got to CO the clock was damaged and I paid $125 to get it fixed, a globe from a light fixture was broken, the glass over a painting that was 21"x 27" was broken, the 2 bedroom lamp shades were bent, had to be replaced, another lamp shade was chipped, the ceramic wastebasket that matched the glass and tissue holder was broken, the group picture holder of my daughters wedding had 5 pictures broken off, my brand new washer and dryer now have black scratches all up and down the sides, there are many scratches over the bedroom and livingroom furniture, I have a list of things that were ruined, but there are too many to list. As I said, I sent pictures of the damaged items, have made numerous phone calls. He never returns my calls, one time he did answer the phone and told me I sent the pictures too late and the ins. co. said it wouldn't pay for them so he would send me a check for the clock. I never did get it, and I want to be reimbursed for $182 for the items I had to replace.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the money he owes me for what I have replaced. I could ask for more because some of the things I can't replace like me daughters wedding pictures, wastebasket that was a set, washer and dryer and some of the lamp shades I have turned them around so you can't see the damage, and all the scratches on my furniture.

We had the pleasure of using the services of A-1 Supreme Moving on two seperate occasions. Once was while my mother-in-law was a resident at [redacted] in [redacted]. Ken and his team were always punctual and dependable and treated us and our possessions with respect and great care. We had had a disappointing experience with another 'well established' moving company in the area and their approach seemed slick and rehearsed as did their not so subtle 'angling' for a tip which left us feeling a bit disappointed. In October of 2015 we moved our household from [redacted] to [redacted] and Ken and A-1 Supreme Moving were our obvious choice for the move. Once again they provided us with wonderful move. They handled, packaged, loaded and unloaded our possessions with the greatest care, if there was an item that was already chipped or damaged in any way they would bring it to our attention as they were loading it. They were very patient with us during the unloading even though they had to move a couple of items several times. Our satisfaction was clearly their priority. We had several wonderful experiences with A-1 Supreme Moving and would readily recommend them for your move!

From my first contact with [redacted] and his crew to the unloading of the last item from the truck, they provided professional, helpful, efficient, reasonably-priced service in moving my belongings from Arizona to my new home in Colorado.

[redacted] owner of this family based company is very professional and courteous. His company was on of the few who actually move on Sundays. I was surprised at how many companies do not. [redacted]'s customer service is outstanding. On the day of the quote he called me to let e know he was running late. I was impressed with just that in todays society that type of courtesy is slowly going the way the of the Dinosaur. His price was the best and beat the other quotes by an average of $200.
On the day of move he was punctual and everything went very smoothly. I have already referred him to a few people. Should I have to move again I will be calling him.

They did a great job for us, moved our things 400 miles no damage, and they were quick to load and unload. We thought the price was very reasonable also.

[redacted] and his crew do small jobs very well too! Good communication setting up the job and reliable, efficient, careful work moving our daughter's belongings. I recommend them very highly.

Once again Ken and his crew did an amazing job. We've used him 3 times and I've recommended him many times. He just moved my mother's things from Arizona to Wyoming through snow storms and time crunches and everything went smooth. Things are packed carefully and arrive without damage. They think about the little details that make for a worry free move.Truly this company has earned a 10 out of 10.

Ken and his A-1 Supreme Moving team did two moves for our family this past year. Prior to this time, he helped us move two other times. Ken & his crew are the greatest. I have used A1 twice once for local AZ move and this latest move across the country to Missouri. They are very professional and hard workers. Amazing service and care. [redacted] and his crew were very friendly and inviting. They explained the process fully and made sure I was involved when necessary. I would use them for short and long moves again and again. Their humour made a stressful move easier.

Ken and his team are fantastic! They were recommended to me by a family member. We used them for a interstate move from AZ to OR. Ken is very easy to get ahold of and communicated with us throughout the whole moving process. He is also incredibly personable and a pleasure to work with. It has been a while since I used this company, but after they left I found several pieces of furniture with damage.

They broke my bed instead of informing me of this they put ir so I wouldn't notice until I slept in it a few nights lucky I didn't end up on the floor. I recently saw the web site which claims the have been in business 20 years which also is not accurate. Medication also came up missing so just be careful what you leave unsupervised. So my over all experience not good, luckily I found someone to repair my bed before I was injured. Definitely would not recommend!

A-1 Supreme Moving has moved us twice in the Sedona AZ area over the past five years. Their rates are very reasonable, they work efficiently and are very courteous. We feel fortunate to have found a moving service that we can depend on and trust. We highly recommend A-1 Supreme Moving.

Ken and his crew at A-1 Supreme Movers did a fantastic job moving me into my new home. I moved appliances, a water treatment system, lots of furniture and garden pots. They did a great job and were very careful with the furniture and the new hardwood floors in my home. They were friendly, efficient and hard working. I would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing! These wonderful men from A-1 Supreme Moving did so much more than I could have expected. They were quick, efficient and very careful. All of them were very friendly and made a stressful moving day so much easier on me. They arrived when they said they would and were very patient with me having to reschedule twice due to delays in my mortgage closing. I would never used anyone else and would highly recommend them!
