Last year, the company's owner, [redacted], was hired to complete my taxes. The service I received from her was very unprofessional and unethical. Specifically, she struggled to complete the return because she did not know how to process the credits for my recent home purchase. She did not respond to numerous phone calls or email that I made/sent to her when I did not receive my tax return by the filing deadline. I finally successfully reached her by phone only when I called her from another phone. On May *, 2012, well beyond the filing deadline, [redacted] still had not completed my tax return. Therefore, I requested for her to return my paperwork. [redacted] refused to return my paperwork unless I paid her $75. I paid her because I needed my paperwork, but I notified her that it was very poor business practice and her action was contrary to the initial agreement. Since then, I have contacted her to request a refund of my money because her action was unethical. She had not responded.
