I went into A1 in need of 2 tires. Only to be mounted on rims & bring back later to be mounted on my car. Got the tire mounted took them home in my trunk. My husband opened the trunk to look at them, 1 was flat completly. So my brother & I went back the next day to show them, there my brother notices the tire had a nail in it(which the claim have all been inspected) So the switched it out for a different one. 2 weeks later I went & jad them mounted to the car. A week passed & the tire kept needing air so I had to go to the closest place which they told me the tire were no good wire was showing & it have 2 nails in it & I needed to take them back to where I bought them. So I called A1 the guy insisted I speak to the manager instead & took my number so he could call back. But he bever did so I called & he was RUDE AS EVER. I told him the problem he said I need an alignment, I told him I jus got one and I could show him proof he kept telling me he didnt care because they get there tire inspected. I told him that I have children and driving and he said "& what do u want me to do" & hung up only b4 telling me to do what I had when I told him I would contact Revdex.com. Im upset & will NEVER go back there.

Review: On April 2,2014 I went to get an inspection done, and barren on my left tire with a tire rod and on my rote tire a tire rod alone. I also was supposed to get tires to pass inspection which I did not receive. Before I left the show I told the [redacted] and one of his workers Joe that my tire is rubbing they told me get a front alignment in which I did 2weeks later. Still heard rubbing sound after that, I called up there and I did not get an answer. I could not go up there I have been out of work sick in which I still am sick. On 5/31 the problem that he said that he fixed broke while my mother was driving and the tire came off. I asked him to fix it and he told me a number of lies. When I let him know I know the part that he fixed was not correct he got nasty and told me to get my car and my as off his property on 6/3/14. He was going to charge me another $415. After I just paid him $454 to fix the same problem at first. So now I had to 're buy the same parts plus an extra two parts after what he fixed messed it upDesired Settlement: I would like to receive my money back seeing how I have to pay another mechanic the same price to redo the work that he did $454.
