A-1 Transmissions

I am having trouble dealing with the bussiness A-1 Transmission located at [redacted], NY (###-###-####). I paid $2500 to have my transmission rebuilt at this shop back in September 2012. Since I've had it rebuilt, I have brought it back 8 times. In the past 3 months, they have had my car in their procession for 38 days and counting. I have paid over $1000 for renting a car while they try to fix it. One time I brought it to them and had my change stolen from my car ($1.25). Twice they have kept my car for more than 3 weeks. The transmission is STILL not fixed. I do not have confidence that they are able to fix it, yet I have already paid them.
