Review: A tree company by the name of (two different names on their vehicles) A-1 Tree Service and A-1 Land Management, was cutting down trees on a property (1/6/2016) in the City of Angels Camp that was not mine and fell limbs from those trees onto our property with damage done to our property. Damage was done to a small vegetable garden fence, damage to a canopy. Limbs were fallen onto our fence as well as a metal shed, which we see no damage done. My husband had a conversation with the actual owner who was on the site and showed him what had happened. He basically told my husband that "yeah, they should of tied the limbs and yeah damage was done, but oh well." My husband again had more conversation with him and then he told my husband to "F off." As I stood on my porch to watch if more damage would be done a worker came into my yard smiling and waving, I told him to get off my property as they were not doing the work on my property it was on the neighboring property that is not ours. He ignored me and kept come towards me. I asked him 2 more times to please get off my property and on the last ask he laughed and said "don't worry I will." This made me feel very uncomfortable and was very unprofessional in the matter how the owner handled it and the employee acted. I would like my property to be replaced and need help there. This company was not hired by myself or my husband this was a neighbor who rents his house next to us.Desired Settlement: I would like a complaint on the company public and contact made with them regarding this.

I would like to have my canopy and or property damage reimburssed.

To clarify, these people are not our clients. They are neighbors of our clients where we were working. This is the second time that the female complainant has verbally assaulted the owner of our company. The first occasion was approximately 4 years ago while he was trimming the same tree as this day 1/6/16. The complainants state that we caused damage to a canopy and small garden fence as well as stating that the owner admitted fault and used profanity. On the contrary, the complainants verbally assaulted my employees as well as the owner for approximately 2 hours while our crew continued to work. The complainants called the police and the officer who responded found no damage or crime had taken place and therfore no report was taken. After continued aggressive behavior, vulgar language and verbal assaults made by the complainants, the owner decided to remove his crew from our clients property and put an end to the hostile environment that the complainants were creating. There is no resolution in this matter, as there was no property damage suffered to the complainants. In turn, they have caused our employees verbal harm and our company financial loss due to their actions in not allowing us to complete our contracted work under such a hostile environment that they created. I am rejecting this response because: I can see this is going to go nowhere. Their word against ours. [redacted] nor [redacted] obviously does not want to talk or discuss the issue with [redacted] as I saw that when he called [redacted] back to try to solve this on a one on one level. She was rude herself and said that it was not their problem property of ours was damaged. I will have to get the police report as times and statements were taken. At this point I would like the Revdex.com to call us and speak with [redacted] and I and if that can't be done I would like it noted in their records as an unsafe and unprofessioal business. I would advise them to rethink their safety ethics when working around properties that they are working near and to rethink their way to be more professional when cotnacted about an issue regarding safety with their business.
