A-1 Tri-State Construction Corp

I hired A-1 construction Corp.-owner/operator [redacted] to repair my roof leaks on 11/1/2012. He offered a 1 year warrantee on the work. as soon as snow started melting -the roof leaks still existed. I called Mr. [redacted] only to get an answering machine and left over 20 messages finally on July 14,2013 @ 12:30pm Mr. [redacted] came to the house-I explained that the roof is leaking worse than before he started. Mr. [redacted] stated he would come on July 15, 2013. Mr. [redacted] never showed up. I kept calling and leaving messages on his cell phone and never received a response. The entire roof was replaced in April 21,2007 by [redacted] which went out of business (even though it was still covered under [redacted]'s warrentee) that is why I had to hire someone else to repair the roof. I am very upset that a business would be as irresponsible and would take advantage of its customers. I am out $4700.00 that I paid Mr. [redacted](A-1 construction corp) and had to have my leaks repaired by another roofer who actually fixed the leaks and stated that the job Mr. [redacted] had done was completely wrong, used the wrong products and installed incorrectly. He had to remove and replace everything that had been done.
