I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.the business is still insulting my character and now making assumptions. What the business sent back does not mention the way Mark [redacted] treated me when I tried to speak with him about the situation. I did not lie about not having money to pay. I did not have the money, and had to wait an hour for a family member to bring me the money, as I've stated before. There was a mix up with the names, Mark [redacted] and Mark [redacted]. I would like a formal apology from Mark [redacted] and to speak with Mark [redacted] about the incident, since he has yet to hear my point of view.

Complete nightmare. Will never use a Denison Parking garage again and have looked them all up to ensure I never do. Their machine failed to operate correctly and I was scammed out of $15. Employee was blatantly rude and un-helpful

While it may have taken an unsatisfactorily amount of time to respond to Mr. [redacted]'s claim it is not due to the fault of Denison Parking. After noticing damage to his vehicle, a day after using the valet he made a report to the Mall security office versus contacting Denison...

Parking directly. The Mall security office was awaiting additional documents to be sent in by Mr. [redacted] before forwarding to Denison Parking. Mall security failed to follow-up and subsequently a complaint was filed through the mall management. This complaint was forwarded to Denison Parking and Mr. [redacted] was contacted by a member of the Denison Parking management team that very day. Our protocols and procedures were completed immediately after contacting Mr [redacted]. All documentation has been forwarded to our insurance carrier who will then contact Mr. [redacted] and take over the incident to conclusion.
