The company is not registered as a corporation with the Secretary of State, Texas and is not registered as an assumed name in Palo Pinto county. Payments totaling $88,600 were made to A-1 Urethane from 04.05.13 through 07.09.13 for invoices presented for payment as work progressed.In July 2013, the fencing was complete and the storage units were rentable. The only remaining items were:Clean up of debris from constructionRemoval or burning of trees and brush from clearingReturn of one (1) LED light for outside lighting not installedConstruction of one (1) solar powered gate with openerFrom July 2013 through November 04, 2013, repeated calls, text messages and emails were placed /sent to [redacted] to find out when he would finish. Each time he would answer, he would say , I will be there first thing in the morning, but he never showed up. To this date, the items above were not completed.On October 18, 2013, I hired [redacted] to begin the process of cleaning up the construction debris and the tree and brush removal. To date, this has cost $ 883.75, including labor, material and equipment rental and is substantially complete.As of November 15, 2013, the solar powered gate has not been provided and the LED light has not been returned.
