I told the owner what I needed a vacuum to do, I have 5 dogs and they bring in a lot of mud which results in a lot of dust. He sold me a vacuum for $423.95 he said would handle it, that was 3/15/2013. I got sick and didn't get to try the vacuum until 4/4/2013. After vacuuming about a 2'x 2' part of my living room the vacuum told me the bag was full when it was only 1/2 full. I went ahead and changed it and the vacuum didn't suck anything up it just made a lot of dust resulting in the vacuum getting dirty. I had only vacuum with the unit for about 1/2 hour. I left it dirty and took it back. I told the owner the vacuum didn't meet my needs and wanted a refund. He said it was just clogged and he wasn't going to refund my money. He didn't even suggest an exchange for a different unit. I got really upset with him and he then refused to talk to me about it anymore. I didn't use any bad language just told him what I thought of his product. No where does the store have their return policy posted, it wasn't on any paper work I received, nor did he tell me a time of purchase they don't do refunds. Usually a reputable business have a 30 day return policy. I told the owner that I was going to contact the Revdex.com and he didn't care.
