Dynacraft sent me a replacement front tire it was blueThe scooter is yellowI left several messages until CSR answered and basically advised I get matching blue back tire!
I paid almost $for a scooter with less then an hour run time it isn't a garage sale itemThis is unacceptable I called again they said they would send new yellow front tireHopefully bearings will not break not this one

The replacement the company sent was the wrong color then the back tire bearings broke within minutes of replacing front tire due to bad bearingI would rather have a refund then continue to struggle with fixing the bike
I have not received a refund to date but I was told by Dynacraft they were going to send one

We spoke with Mr*** last week, and parts were shipped out on 7/28/2017. They are scheduled to be delivered todayWe also called Mr*** yesterday after receiving your notification, and he seemed satisfied with this resolution

it took over 2 months for a response. In addition, I already paid to have the original fork fixed. I could not let another day go by while my daughter asking if she can finally ride her bike. Needless to say, I will no longer do business with Dynacraft.Sincerely, [redacted]

disconnected. We are now attempting to communicate with her via email

It appears that we sent [redacted] a new gearbox on 8/11/2017. It was delivered on 8/22/2017, and we have not heard from him since.

I called Ms. [redacted] yesterday and left a message, and emailed her. I have not yet heard back from her.  We are ready to assist her once she gets back to us.

I actually spoke with[redacted] on 9/6/2017.  I sent her an email requesting information and photos so that we could review her case, and she has never gotten back to me. I will send her a second request.

did finally honor their warranty and send me the correct parts after trying to contact them 6 times in 6 months and had to threaten with a lawyer. But all is satisfactory now I just don't think I'll do business with them again.Sincerely, [redacted]
