I am an attorney in Sarasota Florida practicing in the area of personal injuryI am looking to open a satellite office in Key West,, FloridaIn order to obtain a highly visible number I contacted this businessI paid $for the number *** * * * * * * * *The company assured me both verbally and in writing that the number could be ported over to my local home phoneWhen I attempted to port the number over, the carrier informed me that it could not do so based on issues that were related to rate exchange centersI contacted the owner,Paul F*, who informed me that he would try to find a suitable replacement number or suggested using a cloud-based carrierI told him I was not interested in any type of cloud-based carrier because I did not want to have yet another service provider nor did I have any assurances as to the qualifications of the cloud-based carrier
MrF* did not provide any alternative phone numbers for me to consider nor did he respond to my request f
I highly recommend this company they done 2 of 3 story building and high rise and more to come , no complaint with the tenants . Workers are good and trustworthy, now we have amazing windows with screens.
We are very happy with our experience with A1 Windows. The sales rep, David, was very knowledgeable. He attended the house and took measurements and prepared the quote (the final price was true to quote). He had great suggestions to meet our needs and we opted to replace our dark frame 30+ year old windows with 13 new vinyl windows and the results are amazing - so quiet, warm and bright! The installation was done by Bobby and his team who did a great job. He provided us with options for how the windows would look on the exterior of the house. They were able to install in a way that matched the windows in our addition. The installation team were very respectful of our home. They put down drop cloths, caulked the windows neatly, cleaned up fully inside and out, and even vacuumed. The owner of the company stopped by during the installation to check on the progress. We couldn't be happier with the service, the appearance, and quality of the windows we received from A1 Windows - we highly recommend this company.
