Reference consumer complaintThis situation with customer attempt was made several times to handle this matter in a professional courteous manner1) only one shutter was damaged2)Shutter was years old and replacement was impossible to locate in stock3).Customer notified me that cost of shutters would be 37$My employee was sent to customers home with 37$ cash at which time customer became hostile threatened my employee and threw money in his face on the floor4)Customer has changed mind several times on how they wanted this handledThey wanted money for shutter which I offeredThey wanted additional money to install shutterWhich I deemed as attempt to extort money as to only take a screw driver and 10min to install shutterThen they wanted me to come put shutters upNow most recently they don't want me to hang shuttersI have exhausted myself trying to make these folks happen over a 30yr old shutter that had a limb put a small hole in it the size of a quarterWhile Apex Tree Service prides itself on the fact that we have never had a Revdex.com complaint and while we wish to make all customers happy, we understand that is not always possibleThere is no such thing as a perfect businessAnd if you are in business long enough some one will be dissatisfiedWe as a business feel that there is a certain level of integrity to be met with complaints and a resolution of suchHowever when the customer becomes a hinderance to the resolution what more can be doneWhen they start treating my employees and become hostile what more can be done

I received your letter dated July 25, 2014 in regards to the set of shutters Apex Tree Service ( John) told you he ordered from [redacted] on July 24, 2014.
Please advise John that I am requesting a copy of this order dated July 24, 2014 be sent to you so you can forward it to me. In order to resolve this issue of the shutters, John needs to send them to my home, at his expense. It is in the best interest of both parties concerned that he not return to my property. I have someone else who will gladly install the shutters for me in a timely fashion. 
Thank you for your consideration in this matter and I look forward to a quick resolution to this problem.

Shutters were ordered from [redacted] on 7/24.  They will be delivered to the [redacted] in 7 to 10 days.  I will call the Revdex.com and set up a time convenient with you that I can come out and install them.
