On March 18th at 7:parked and paid at one of their locations;6th state Lot, but received a violationI have the receipt #, but after attempts on-line both denied (I had proof 1st attempt wrote down the #, 2nd attempt down loaded receipt)I called timesNever returned callOnce spoke to a live person, who naturally "directed me to another person who never called me backSeems very questionable since I paid the fee, did what was expected, have proof that I paid the fee (the receipt) but yet am declined and have to pay an additional $on top of an additional $admin fee (for them doing nothing?) for a spot in there lot that I originally paid forI will never park in one of their lots again when downtown!
I parked in the lot located behind Qdoba restaurant not thinking I would be ticketed for stopping in to get a meal. $27 ticket is outrageous. How can this even be legal. The city of Milwaukee doesn't even charge this much.

As the customer states, his receipt was not properly displayed in order to prove payment and he received a citation at our location for failing to follow the proper procedures. He further states that he waited until the last possible day before the citation was...
automatically increased, to contact us to try to resolve the matter. The violation was written on 11/21 and he had 7 days to address the violation prior to it increasing, which would have been Friday November 28th . On Monday, December 1, [redacted] had spoken with Mr. Norton and allowed us to void his violation, despite his failure to display the proper payment receipt.
The violation was voided and the matter has been resolved.
Mr. Norton then requested a monthly parking contract with us at any of our available locations in the area.
