The customer's vehicle was requested to be towed by the local police department due to an arrestThe vehicle was in our impound for days before any contact from the customerOn day # at 3:51pm the customer came in to pay his chargesAt this time the vehicle was in the impound facility locked
and completely securedWe have over acres of fenced secure parking with barb wire fence and cameras on the vehicles at all timesUnfortunately somewhere in the process the keys were tagged wrong and misplacedBecause of this we offered to have NEW Keys made for the car and since we closed at 4:30, we offered to have his vehicle brought back to him at any location to help with delayOur team stayed late that night until after 6pm waiting on the lock smith to come out and rekeyBy the time this was done it was extremely late. Therefore first thing the next morning, aproximately 7:30am , we delivered his car back to his houseAll of this was done at Ncharge to the customer. The amount of time that it took to make a key and deliver the car to him, and due to the time of day when he arrived, was less than hours total delayAt no point was any of our team rude to him or vulgarThe customer in fact was the one whom was irate and way out of line the way he was speaking to our ladies in the office.The customer was Completely taken care of and is asking for a refund that is not justifiedOur Team went over and above to make the situation correct and I feel they did a thorough jobI have personally called the customer with no return call and we closed our file on this one. In closing we do have cameras and Voice recorders in our office and have reviewed them to ensure all facts listed above are true and accurate

I will reach out to the customer to get this resolvedOur driver did admit to the damageWe will be more than willing to get it repaired

We wanted to respond that we have been in contact with the customer and have resolved this complaint. We strive to provide top customer service and sometimes we make an error. We have stood up for the error and corrected this with the customer. We have also issued a $20 gas gift card to them for...

their time. What we could do to address the unintentional inconvenience she experienced.
