*** ***, we understand your frustration, however let's be 100% clear as well as HONEST 1st off the technician is an Appliance tech not a plumber which would be whom would know you have a "hole in your pipe " he never told you any such thing and he also video recorded via body cams (for just this
very reason) the entire visit and showed you and you signed the invoice as well that "No Damage was done" He told you immediately that you had a pin hole in your DRAIN PUMP, and he had gotten all the water out of your washer as wellYou asked if you could continue doing your laundry with which Patrick responded you may do laundry at your own risk, that is all also recordedAnd of course we do not want to continue business with you since your trying to get your already damaged floor replaced by our insurance because what else will you try to get replaced? We own up to our mistakes, example: a kitchen floor at a property got ripped when moving a fridge and Patrick immediately went above and beyond to repair the damage and returned the warranty deductYou had duct tape covering the many cracks In your pan under the washer and admitted to doing that, which is also on videoYour pump is your problem and your leaky pipes have nothing to do with us mrs.Cokerit's people like you that want something for noting that makes this world such a bad place to try to do Warranty businessAlways wanting something else for nothingSo of course we told the warranty company we refused to return to your residence to do the repairs for such a dishonest personYour deductible didnt even cover for our diagnosisThe video and the signed invoice are available for your viewing at any time to refresh your memory on everything, like you saying he told you you had a hole in your PIPE when he said your drain pump and you signed and you have a copy of the invoice as well.(however let me remind you that you saw the video once already and signed the invoice, you can't have forgot already?? I'm more than happy to make things right with people, but you, mam are just lying and thats awful and I WILL call you out on it!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I would like to clarify a couple of points made by the business in their response: I did say that the technician told me their was a hole in a pipe I simply misnamed the piece that needed to be order I was not trying to claim that he was commenting on my plumbing, I was just stating that their was a piece in the washing machine that needed to be replaced, and that the plan was for him to order that piece (the drain pump) and return to install it That was my error, I wasn't trying to imply that he told me their was a problem with the plumbing. It is correct, the technician did tell me that doing laundry would be at my own risk, which is why I have not done any laundry in my machine since days before A to Z came to look at the machine As soon as I noticed the water collecting in the pan, I filed the home warranty claim, soaked up the water in the pan, and stopped using my machine. The company is 100% accurate I did acknowledge that there was a crack in the pan when they arrived He brought me upstairs, and we looked at the crack However, prior to their arrival, there had never been water that leaked out of the pan, onto the laundry room floor, and through to the kitchen ceiling. I have not claimed to be wanting previous damage to my floor fixed by their insurance It has not be examined yet, but the laundry room floor appears to be in pretty good condition It appears to be water that went in/around the drain in the floor and through to the kitchen ceiling that is the problem I am not attempting to get something for nothingThere was no damage prior to A to Z coming to my house I am simply trying to have the damage repaired that occurred within hours of them leaving without our use of our machine I cannot be responsible for the fact that the deductible doesn't cover the diagnosis I have an insurance policy with a set deductible that I agreed to pay--whether or not this company chooses to do business with my home warranty company cannot be my responsibility I signed an invoice with a handwritten in agreement that acknowledged there was a crack in the pan I don't remember the invoice saying "No Damage Was Done." However, if it did, that was my mistake When came down from the diagnosis, he told me there was a part that needed to be ordered, showed me a video of where the water was leaking from the machine (he also said that at one point the water was spaying all over out the side of the machine, but that when he took the video it had slowed), and said he would be back when the part came in At that time he also told me there "was a little bit of water on the floor," but he was unable to clean it up When I went upstairs, upon noticing water leaking through my kitchen ceiling, there was a whole lot more than a "little bit of water" on the floor It is also worth noting that the pan that had a crack in it was virtually dry on the inside The water was on the edge of the pan and all over the floor. There were also new cracks in the pan after the technician left (image attached) These cracks were around the drain So, if the crack in the pan is truly the reason for the leaking, there could still be joint responsibility in that When the technician arrived he pulled the washing machine out from the wall This is when he noticed that there was a drain in the pan & in the floor The drain in the pan is not flush with the bottom of the pan, so when the washer was pulled out, it likely pushed the pan up causing these cracks We did not move the machine after the technician left, and the second image attached here shows that the machine was not lined up with the drain when he leftIf water was spraying from the machine while he was working on it, the misalignment could have allowed for water to go both in & around the drain causing the leaking Around this area and on the floor behind the machine is where the water that still remained on the laundry room floor was located. I completely understand that this is a case of he said/she said; where both sides assume to be correct What I believe to be true is there was no water damage in my home before the technician came, and there was when he left I am not asking for the company to jump up and admit fault, I am simply asking for the opportunity to file a claim with their insurance company and let the proof of responsibility be determined by the insurance companies, as would be standard practice in a situation like this. In addition to not having that opportunity, I was led to file a complaint with the Revdex.com due to the unprofessional way this company handles business (refusal to return phone calls, rude text messages, and even rudeness that can be seen in their response to the initial complaint) I think other consumers should be aware of the type of professionalism, or lack there of, they would receive if they choose to do business with this company
Regards,
