I ordered a dress over a month before a party I needed it forWhen weeks had passed, I began to worry and emailed them requesting a tracking number to ensure it was not lost and still on routeWithout even asking me, they responded and said they were going to "re-route" the shipment back to themI still wanted it! But I was given no optionIt seemed to me that they hadn't even shipped it or it was some sort of scam When I checked my credit card statement I noted that they shorted me just over $3, not a lot, but the whole experience was very irritating (I had to race out the day before my party and find a new dress which I had to settle for under short notice)When I emailed them about the money they shorted me, this was their exact response (copied and pasted from their email): "Please stop contacting us at this pointWe wouldn't waste our time keeping your $You're obviously an unhappy person that wish to receive our attention and wish to complain in order to feel better" I'm beyond shocked by they unprofessionalismI didn't respond because it clearly was not going to get me anywhere and an argument wasn't what I was looking forI just wanted the situation rectified

I contacted Bossy Snob on December 5, for tracking information and was advised that I would receive the tracking number in the next hours
I have not received the tracking number and have made an attempt to contact this vendor to either get a refund for the item or tracking information
The company has not responded to any of my requests

Bossy Snob has responded to of my emailsThey explained to me my order was "overlooked" and never sent out - even though I was already charged $for itI was promised it would be received by May 15, - which is days AFTER the date it was supposed to be received I still have not received it and they haven't responded to any further emails from me trying to figure out where my order is
Their customer service is horrible- the email they did send me it took days for them to email me backThey've ignored my last emails And I still do not have my package and they offered me nothing to fix the issue except promise me another date to expect to receive it - which has no came and gone and still no package
